What forms of payment do you accept and is my credit card information secure on your site?

For online ordering, we use PayPal, which accepts credit cards. PayPal is committed to protecting your privacy and uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. Checks are also accepted; we reserve the right to hold shipment until checks clear.

How will my selection be shipped?

We ship using priority US mail, and insure framed pictures, and originals. We carefully pack your item(s) to make sure your purchase arrives in perfect condition!

What if I change my mind after I have received my print/framed print?

If your purchase does not meet your expectations in any way, just let us know! We would be happy to refund your purchase when you return the item to us within 7-10 days. Your selection must be in the same condition it was when it left our facility when it is returned.

I have something specific in mind but did not find it on your site. Can you help me?

If you will describe what you are looking for, we will put you name in our database and write or call you when the painting or print is available. Please call (706) 207-0927 for information or write an email to: Jill@JillLeiteStudio.com with contact information.

My order will be a gift. How can I make it special?

Just let us know what the occasion is and what you would like to say and we will enclose a gift card from you, or a custom label with your message attached to the picture backing. Gift-wrapping available on request. Please write: Jill@JillLeiteStudio.com with your requests.

How do I commission a painting?

Commissioned paintings are regularly produced for state, corporate and private clients. Commissioning your own personal painting can be a very fulfilling experience for both the artist and client. Many professional relationships have evolved into friendships between Jill and her client(s).

Research is required to achieve the desired painting. The artist will go to great lengths to ensure accuracy and authenticity. Once the subject details have been talked over with the customer, the artist will create a detailed pencil sketch, which is submitted for client approval. This has proven to be a very reliable method of ensuring the client is aware exactly of what the artist proposes to paint.

Satisfaction is guaranteed, or No Sale...and that is a promise!!

How do I protect original artwork?

Jill uses and recommends conservation framing materials to ensure lasting protection. This would include all matting and mounting materials and UV glass.

What are your rates?

Special - 10% discount for UGA Alumni Association members. Sizes are approximate and may vary in proportion, depending on composition of subject. Prices may vary depending on complexity of architecture, etc..
