What is a giclee?
A giclee (pronounced “jee-clay”) is a French word meaning "sprayed ink". It refers to a technology brought forth by a machine called the Iris. A giclee is a high resolution digital print recognized as a fine art print, like lithographs and serigraphs. giclee is considered one of the best techniques for reproducing original works of art. giclee prints look and feel like original art. Jill's new giclees are printed with archival ink on fine art paper.
